John C. Biondo, “Johnny B” age 51, of Dracut, formerly a long-time resident of Wilmington, died unexpectedly on April 24, 2016, at the Lowell General Hospital.

John was raised and educated in Wilmington and a graduate of Austin Prep High School in Reading with the Class of 1983.

John worked as a Global Network Service Delivery Manager at Raytheon where he was employed for more than 30 years.

In his spare time, John loved his cars and riding his Harley with his buddies. He was quite the host when it came to his Daytona 500 parties and a good time was had by all.

John enjoyed the outdoors; ice fishing, riding his skimobile, and his many Summers spent at Country Pond Campground in New Hampshire with family and friends.

John will be fondly remembered as dependable, helpful, and a true friend. He loved his family unconditionally and could always be counted on to do anything for anyone. John was kind, caring, friendly and fun; he will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.

John was the cherished son of Charles R. and Noreen T. (Skehill) Biondo, dear brother of Julie M. Pozzi & husband Chris and the late Joseph C. Biondo, loving uncle of Jonathan and Heather Pozzi all of Wilmington. Devoted companion of Carolyn Callahan and her children Caitlin & D. J. all of Dracut. John is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
